Mike Bautista

President and Founder

For over a decade, Mike professional career has been in International Business managing companies overseas and working in several technology start-ups along with founding his own. As the President and Founder of Blockschema, he oversees daily operations along with carrying the vision of Block Chain Technology (BCT) to help shape a better world.

Mike Dalisay

CTO and Co-Founder

Mike has a combined total of 16 years experience in software development, data-requirements analysis, and project management roles both in academe and industry environment tasked to yield the technological vision and spearhead the development, implementation, and operation. He knows all the ‘ABCs’ in computer languages and taught them to students and employees in Asia and North America.

In his role as CTO, he oversees and develops the BCT and applications of Blockschema’s ecosystem of technology.

Kristen Dayon

Creative Director

Kristen holds a Master’s Degree in Fine Art with years of experience in graphic design and design research. As the creative director of Blockschema, she oversees the conceptualization and execution of the design aspects of the company.

CIO

Ian is a computer engineer, who specializes in the IoT. As the CIO, he oversees IT strategies and computer systems of the company.
